Gemini runs a prompt on a daily, weekly or monthly schedule and prepares the result before the delivery time. Up to 10 schedules can be active at once.
How it differs from task schedules: Schedules deliver prepared answers to a prompt, and qualifying Workspace accounts can use them. Task schedules (help article 17094507) belong to Task, which work and school accounts cannot use.
